Asha Tunic
With 6 layers of quilted kantha fabric, the Asha Tunic is oh-so-comfy while still looking chic and a bit edgy. This top comes in 3 sizes, with the main size difference being in the length. You can wear it four ways, either side in front and either side out. We’re confident you’ll reach for it again and again and again! This is the exact garment you will receive.
Size A (fits XS-M)
To find your best fit, we recommend knowing your chest circumference, not your bra size.
How to measure your chest circumference:
1. Preparation:
- Find a flexible tape measure.
- Wear a fitted or thin shirt, or measure without a shirt to avoid inaccuracies from bulky fabric.
- Stand up straight with your arms relaxed at your sides. Avoid slouching or puffing out your chest.
2. Taking the Measurement:
- Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, typically around the nipples and under the armpits.
- Ensure the tape is horizontal and level all the way around.
- The tape should be snug but not too tight – you should be able to fit a finger or two underneath.
- Breathe normally and don't hold your breath.
3. Recording the Measurement:
- Read the measurement where the end of the tape meets the rest.
- For greater accuracy, you can take the measurement twice and average the results.
- If possible, have someone help you ensure the tape is level and in the correct position.
How to measure your hips:
1. Preparation:
- Find a flexible tape measure.
- Stand with your feet 4-6 inches apart.
2. Taking the Measurement:
- Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/buttocks.
- Ensure the tape is horizontal and level all the way around.
- The tape should be snug but not too tight – you should be able to fit a finger or two underneath.
3. Recording the Measurement:
- Read the measurement where the end of the tape meets the rest.
- For greater accuracy, you can take the measurement twice and average the results.
- If possible, have someone help you ensure the tape is level and in the correct position.

Kantha
Three layers of 100% cotton repurposed saris (traditional garment worn by women in India and other countries) were hand stitched together in West Bengal to create a blanket, which was then repurposed at our workshop into our original clothing designs. We are committed to protecting our environment by using repurposed fabrics and natural fibers.
Mudcloth
These pieces are made from vintage hand-woven cotton mudcloth from West Africa. The fabric was lovingly repaired in the US and then built into a OOAK garment.
