Each bag is lovingly made by a team of artisans in Northern India who earn a living wage while gaining vocational training. The buttery-soft, camel colored handles are made from water buffalo leather which (along with all materials—except block printing ink—used in the creation of these bags) is repurposed from large factory surplus. This is a win-win, keeping costs lower for you, and saving usable fabrics from landfills.
